Rainbow Renegades

It’s been a big week at Rainbow Renegades HQ in preparation for Octobers Shitbox Rally.We picked up Ruby from Theo the Mechanic. A big shout out to Theo from Rosebery Steering & Mechanical who did an amazing job getting Ruby rally ready! Ruby then headed off to Bob Jane T-mart to get 5 brand new tires. Thank you to the team at Bob Jane who also threw in a spare wheel at no cost for the 5th tire.It would be fair to say we didn’t fully appreciate the pre-work involved or the expense, but we keep reminding ourselves that it’s the price we’re willing to pay for a great cause and a super cool adventure. So mechanically Ruby is ready ✅ This weekend we’re starting to work on her aesthetics… first we need to remove Ruby’s old Frame Today stickers, then we need to clean her and sand her before we paint her in rainbow colours…watch this space!A big thank you to our most recent donors; Melissa Miller, Genevieve Titov, Kylie Wright & Brett, Robyn Moores, Kate Woolley, Nelson McClanachan, Tanya Matthewson, Kelly Truran-Smith, Susie McCutcheon and Charlotte Grey - we really appreciate your support, it means a lot!
