The Slow and The Delirious
<p>Sometimes, things are just meant to be. We named our team playfully after 'The Fast and The Furious' and never in our dreams did we think we'd get one of the lead characters cars from the movie. Certainly Rx7s and Supras were out the question...</p><p></p><p>Then I saw a A32 Maxima for sale and, whilst its not one of the "hero" cars, it's there... (Vince's blue 4 door). </p><p></p><p>I wrote to the seller, Michelle, and after explaining what I was going to do with the car, and hearing its history, we knew it was a done deal.The car was her Dad's and has spent the last few years parked up at an aged care home. </p><p></p><p>For Michelle, like many people, cancer is a personal thing. Michelle's mum was diagnosed with cancer before she passed last year. We'll be driving this rally in her honour, along with my Grandma and so many more people.</p><p></p><p>Can wait to strap some plates on this old girl and hit the dirt roads!</p>
